Hello!
Please help with Imou IPC-C22SP-D camera. I changed the password on the Wi-Fi router, had to reset the settings. The reset was successful and I also successfully added the camera to the Imou app. Unfortunately, today, when I went to the office, I saw that the camera is constantly lit in red. I tried to turn it off several times, but to no avail. I also tried to reset the settings, but the camera does not respond, the red indicator lights up constantly.
Please help.

Hi,
You need to contact IMOU support. They will provide you with a firmware recovery using an SD card.

Tried with firmware update with sd card, imou support sent me the files...and still nothing. Only red light on it.
