Восстановление NVR5xxx

заливка прошивки в новую SPI FLASH ничего не изменила. Регистратор то загрузится, то перегружается. Сейчас серийник состоит из нулей. Заметил что при подключенном диске загрузка до конца не доходит, при отключенном шлейфе SATA иногда загружается и даже показывает прописанную в него IP камеру по сети.

напряжения от блока питания, на питании жесткого диска и на стабилизаторе (+12,+5,+3,3 +1,2) присутствуют.

подключил другой заведомо исправный диск, с диском не грузится, напряжение при подключенном диске +5 +12 есть, диск крутится. Интересно то что без диска рег может сразу загрузиться, а может через несколько автоматических перезагрузок. Думаю выпаять все конденсаторы и проверить и поменять на новые. Вздутых коденсаторов нет.

покажите как шлейф выглядит от HDD на плате NVR

Интересно то что без диска рег может сразу загрузиться, а может через несколько автоматических перезагрузок.
отключайте диск и делайте логи, особенно тех загрузок где он НЕ СРЗАУ загружается.
